Shipping is $19 per order: one item or multiple items in the same order, $19 total shipping. U.S. delivery only. Review your total at checkout before ordering.

After delivery, use the product and share your actual experience. Tell us what you enjoyed and what could work better. A positive review is never required.

Is the product free?

Participating products are $0. Shipping is $19 per order. For example, two items in the same order still have a total shipping charge of $19. This collection is being prepared for launch.

What kind of feedback should I share?

Describe how you used the product, what worked, and anything you would improve. Feedback can be positive, mixed, or critical. Please mention that you received a free trial product and paid shipping when posting a public review.

Do I need to leave a positive review?

No. We welcome honest, balanced feedback. Receiving a free product does not require a positive review. Describe your actual experience in your own words.

Where can I find delivery and return information?

We ship from our U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses only. Estimated arrival is 4–8 business days after ordering, depending on processing and the carrier. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Return terms will be provided before the trial opens for orders.
